Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Payroll/HR associated qualification advantageous
- Sage 300 payroll certification obtained through Sage
- Knowledge of Sage 300 Reporting
- 5 years’ experience in Payroll/HR environment
- Minimum 3-5 years Sage 300 experience
- Microsoft Office Suite with advance skills in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Communication and Customer Service
- Time Management and Organization
- Numerical Aptitude
- Ability to work part of a team, whilst applying own initiative
- Excellent admin skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Must apply tact, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills, with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Payroll - full function
- Payments- statutory, 3rd party & daily payments
- Filing- create and maintain employee personal files
- General- handle payroll related queries, generate reports for journals
- Knowledge of Sars Mid-Year and Year- End submissions advantageous
